How this works: Heartland Asset Group LLC holds equitable interest in the contract for each property listed above. We are not the property owner and do not list properties for sale. Buyer acquires the assignment rights to our contract for an agreed fee. Terms, inspection periods, and closing timeline are negotiated directly between the assigning party and the buying entity.
